Method of payment An invoice including bank transfer details will be sent by TNO Quality of Life after submission of the Conference Registration Form. Payment must be received prior to the conference date. If payment is not received in time, admission to the conference will be refused.   Cancellation Refunds, minus EUR 125.- administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received up to 1 May 2008. Cancellations are only valid if notice is received in writing. For cancellations made after 1 May 2008 no refunds will be paid. However, a participant may designate a substitute delegate.
