World Mycotoxin Journal

The first issue of World Mycotoxin Journal is available now - for free! World Mycotoxin Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal with only one specific area of focus: the promotion of the science of mycotoxins. The journal contains original research papers and critical reviews in all areas dealing with mycotoxins, together with opinions, a calendar of forthcoming mycotoxin-related events and book reviews. World Mycotoxin Journal is issued four times a year (February/May/August/November). Each issue contains approximately 100 pages. The journal is published by Wageningen Academic Publishers in co-operation with Bastiaanse Communication and The World Mycotoxin Forum. Editor-in-chief is Hans P. van Egmond, RIVM, the Netherlands. ICC is official endorser of World Mycotoxin Journal.

World Mycotoxin Journal

Wageningen Academic Publishers in co-operation with Bastiaanse Communication and the World Mycotoxin Forum have published a new peer-reviewed scientific journal named 'World Mycotoxin Journal'. The new journal is intended to serve the needs of researchers and professionals from the scientific community and industry, as well as of policy makers and regulators. The journal contains original research papers and critical reviews in all areas dealing with mycotoxins, together with opinions, a calendar of forthcoming mycotoxin-related events and book reviews. The journal takes a multidisciplinary approach, and it focuses on a broad spectrum of issues, including toxicology, risk assessment, occurrence, modelling and prediction of toxin formation, genomics, molecular biology for control of mycotoxigenic fungi, pre-and post-harvest prevention and control, sampling, analytical methodology and quality assurance, food technology, economics and regulatory issues. The journal is issued 4x per year (Feb/May/Aug/Nov). The first issue will be available in February 2008. The editorial board is formed by well known experts from all over the world.

Rapid Methods for food and feed quality determination

The peer-reviewed papers of the Rapid Methods Europe 2006 conference are now available! The book 'Rapid Methods for food and feed quality determination' is a comprehensive reference resource for researchers and professionals from the food and feed industry, as well as from the scientific community. The peer-reviewed papers of The World Mycotoxin Forum - the third conference are now available! The book entitled The Mycotoxin Factbook is aimed at the latest developments to combat the mycotoxin problem.
