Dietary Fibre 2000, Dublin, May 2000, was the first conference to integrate basic nutritional and epidemiological science with food technology, product development, analysis and legal aspects. Dietary Fibre 2003 will continue this highly successful approach, emphasising new insights and new technologies such as genomics.
